Just as reminder Monday is a National Holiday.  Classes resume on tuesday.  Our National and Central American Hero Francisco Morazan was born one October 3rd in Tegucigalpa.

Hope you had a nice mini-break and enjoyed our National Independence Celebrations.

Please note I changed the page titled "Menu for Today" for "Menu for the Week" for your ease.  This way you get the whole week at a glance.  

It includes Menu changes when posted and when it states "to be announced" come back a day or two before the date to check out the added item.  

This is certainly a very short week!
Classes on Monday and half day on Tuesday, then off to Independence vacation!
